Hemodynamics, without the catheter.

We build EchoPH, an echocardiography-based AI platform for hemodynamic assessment in pulmonary hypertension — screening patients earlier and quantifying disease over time, without catheterization at every step.

The problem

A pressure that builds quietly — for years.

Picture the heart as a pump pushing blood through the lungs. When those vessels narrow, pressure climbs — often for years — while symptoms remain ordinary: breathlessness, fatigue.

The measurement that settles diagnosis and treatment is right-heart catheterization. It is definitive. It is also invasive, hard to repeat, and poorly suited to finding disease early.

Echocardiography is accessible and already part of clinical workflow, but today it does not deliver catheter-grade quantitative hemodynamics. Patients wait. Many wait too long.

Five-year survival in pulmonary arterial hypertension is on the order of major cancers, with median survival around 66 months even under modern therapy.

Five-year survival: PAH sits among the deadliest cancers

The platform

EchoPH

An echocardiography-based AI platform for non-invasive hemodynamic assessment in pulmonary hypertension — built to screen at scale and quantify over time.

Two ways to answer the same question
Right-heart catheterization Echo + EchoPH
Role today Gold-standard mPAP / PVR Accessible imaging + AI quantification
Invasiveness Invasive procedure Non-invasive
Repeat use Limited Designed for serial visits
Workflow Dedicated procedure Fits routine echo pathways

A catheter captures one moment. EchoPH follows the whole course.

Right-heart catheterization anchors diagnosis. EchoPH is meant to cover everything around it — from first suspicion through treatment and follow-up, quantified at each visit on ultrasound machines already in the room.

01

Screen

Identify people earlier, inside echo workflows clinics already run — without new capital equipment or an invasive step.

02

Quantify

Estimate hemodynamics and track them across visits to guide therapy and judge whether treatment is working.
